But hardy, you were disbarred.. Besides, his stating his opinion on here, a site you visit voluntarily, does not constitute “internet terrorism” or harrassment.. The first amendment protects his right to say that on here to you, a site you visit voluntarily. If you feel like taking on the first amendment, go ahead. Or just quit visiting this site, and it will not happen.
I was not disbarred. I voluntarily
resigned my law license and retired.
We’ll see what the law of the internet
may be and may even make some
law. I know one thing, the Lake Charles
AMERICAN PRESS won’t let one post
an anonymous letter to the editor,
especially one that defames someone
out in the general public. The right
to free speech carries with it some
responsibilities. Well, if a newspaper
can’t provide a stump to an anonymous
speaker, neither can the owner and operator
of an internet a web-site. And insofar as
my voluntarily appearing on this site is
concerned, I do not plan to let an anony-
ous Internet Terrorist run me away from
it. There is more to it all than this, but
this is something to think about.
Sincerely,
Hardy Parkerson, J.D.
Retired Lawyer - after 41 years
Tulane Law, Class of 1966
Anonymous terrorist? Hardy, I’ve received worse than he dishes out numerous times.. I can’t beleive you are so thin skinned you would let this even bother you. You were a lawyer. Certainly you have dealt with far worse personal attacks than sophomorish taunts from an internet blogger.

You’re showing some progress so BRCC must be helping you. Still, a B- for the use of sophomorish instead of sophomoric.
Dardenne will win it easily, but there are two stories from this race.
One is that Dardenne’s voter appeal may be getting thin (unlike his hair, whose ongoing fullness is the envy of every middle-aged man). If he’s considering a run for another office in a few years, he should ponder that voters might be a little worn out with him.
Story two, is Fayard’s strong debut. She made a surprisingly strong showing with voters in the primary. Her star is on the rise, and if she chooses to stay in the political game, she’s got a future in it.
Wasn’t Fayard an intern working for the social secretary of the first lady, not bill?
And the law firm she worked at in DC is one of the top firms in the nation. Yeah the represented Clinton during his impeachment, but they also represented Carl Rove, Laura Bush and Jenna Bush as well as Dick Cheney during the Valarie Plame investigation.

Hardy, you are either a liar or delusionsal. Do you remember this:
