Read about it in the newspapers!
I tried to send you an e-mail, but the e-mail address
of apparently is no longer
good.  Please send me your present e-mail address
so that I can send you an e-mail.  I think it will be in
your best interest to do so.  However, the ball’s in your
court and you can handle this any way you want to.
In the meantime I will pray for you.

L.S.U. EVEN CHARGES THE MEMBERS OF THE MCNEESE BAND
TO ATTEND ITS FOOTBALL GAME AGAINST MCNEESE AT
BATON ROUGE, IN A STADIUM PAID FOR BY THE LOUISIANA
TAXPAYERS, AT A SCHOOL OWNED AND PAID FOR BY THE
TAXPAYERS.  WHAT A SCANDAL!  COLLEGE FOOTBALL HAS
BECOME JUST A BIG BUSINESS INDUSTRY AND THE PLAYERS
ARE MODERN-DAY SLAVES GETTING PAID NOTHING, WHILE
THOSE WHO “OWN” AND MANAGE THE TEAMS MAKE MILLIONS
AND MILLIONS OF DOLLARS OFF OF THE PLAYERS WHO DO THE
REAL WORK AND WHO GET PAID NOTHING FOR THEIR LABORS,
JUST EXPENSES NECESSARY FOR THEM TO BE THE REAL
EMPLOYEES OF THE COLLEGE FOOTBALL INDUSTRY, AND
OFF OF THE MILLIONS AND MILLIONS OF DOLLARS MADE OFF
OF THEIR LABORS.  TALK ABOUT MODERN DAY SLAVERY! AND
ALL AT UNIVERSITIES AND STADIUMS BUILT, BOUGHT AND
PAID FOR BY THE TAXPAYERS!. TALK ABOUT PROFESSIONAL
FOOTBALL!  HOWEVER, THESE “PROFESSIONAL” FOOTBALL PLAYERS
DON’T GET PAID ANYTHING FOR THEIR LABORERS, JUST
LIVING EXPENSES NECESSARY FOR THEM TO BE WHERE THEY
ARE DOING WHAT THEY DO.

by your logic no louisiana citizen should have to pay to get into any event in the state since tax dollars were used to construct all the stadiums and venues

If the McNeese football players and
the LSU football players don’t have to
pay to get into the game, then the McNeese
Band should not have to pay.  If the
McNeese band has to pay, then the LSU
band should have to pay.  LSU football
is just big business for the ones who
own the team.  The players are modern
day slaves.  They do all the work, and they
do not get paid a dime, just their expenses
that they are out so that they can be where
they are doing what they do.  Power to
Governor Jindal for cutting thse state
universities which have become just bit
industries out to make as much money
for those who “own” and run them!

There is more to it all than this, but this
is something to consider.

Sincerely,

Hardy Parkerson, Chm.
