You’ve got it all wrong! I told Eyes
I would sue him unless he apologized
to me; and Eyes posted the apology
that he posted, but he couched and
framed it as if he were apologizing
to me for what he called me. I just
did not pick up on the yellow print
when I told him I “acceped” his
apology. And, no I will not be
practicing law by filing a lawsuit
myself. Bit by bit I am getting to
he roots of what was behind the
conspiracy prompting the ODC’s
coming after me; and pretty
soon I will be regaining my law
license. In the meantime, I
am seeing that there is a lot
out there besides law and law
practice, and I have been busy
handling other business matters
which in due course will lead to
my making millions and millions
more than I ever made in the
practice of law. For your information,
three of those who had elected
to be enemies of mine--at
least two of whom had a large
hand in fixing the facts and
telling the lies to and/or pushing
for the ODC action against me
are now dead. And I had nothing
to do with their deaths. All I did
was pray for them. And once again,
I suggest you do not take me on,
as it appears you have tried to do
on this site. There is more to
it all than this, but this is something
to think about.

One thing you have to give
old Hardy credit for, and that
is that he was not a coward.
When he posted something,
said something, he did not
hide behind a fake name.
He was man enough to append
his name to whatever he said,
wrote and/or posted. And old
Hardy’s still in good health and
going strong. He’ll be back in
the courtroom soon, both as
a plantiff and as counsel for
plaintiffs and defendants.
