I don’t think Lev and DZ are the same person Fred. Their styles and vocabulary are different. And Lev knows a lot about the law. When we were talking about Sonia Sotomayor’s nomination to the SCOTUS and talking about gay marriage, Lev knew a lot of legal vocabulary and the legal system itself. I’ve never heard DZ talk like Lev did about the law.
The only thing those two have in common is that if they were US Congressmen, they would sit on the left.

No. You and I are laypeople to the legal profession. When we talk about it we aren’t going to have the same command of the vocabulary, the system, etc. as a lawyer would.
I’m just saying that Lev sounds like a lawyer, that’s all. It’s the same as talking to Troll. You’d have a pretty good idea that he was a lawyer even if he had never said so.
