I’m on the fence with this one.  The Saints are healthier than they have been in weeks and the Cards are comming off an emotional win.  I’m going with CCs prediction that the Saints are done after this one.  She seems to have some good sports mojo.  I bet she sits on the couch with Mr. CC, pops a cold one and watches the game.  I hope we are both wrong.

I didn’t say they would definitely lose the first game.  I said they’d lose early.  I’m beginning to think I may have misspoken, though.  I feel a surge in the atmosphere for the Saints.  And aren’t all football predictions based on feelings?  Really, I’m starting to think they may...go..all..the..way!!!

The Saints defense is healthy again. That will help. I just hope Breeze and the running game get back on track.

I do think the Saints will pull it out. 34-21.

Throughout history, poverty is the normal condition of man. Advances which permit this norm to be exceeded — here and there, now and then — are the work of an extremely small minority, frequently despised, often condemned, and almost always opposed by all right-thinking people. Whenever this tiny minority is kept from creating, or (as sometimes happens) is driven out of a society, the people then slip back into abject poverty.

I predicted a win but didn’t realize how well the Saints would play. 41-14 Wow!! After the first long run the defense was awesome.... after Hightower’s 70 yard run he only got 87 yards for the whole game.

Breeze was back and Reggie Bush did a great job.

Next up the Vikings and my mother-in-law’s favorite player Bret Farve. Nothing against Bret but I hope the Saints shut him down.
