The state police take disciplinary action against the trooper and close the case. Then the Palin girl becomes governor, and tries to get them to fire the trooper. Wouldn’t that be “double jeopardy”??
You don’t even suspect how dumb that question is do you Bobby?
It is easy to dismiss a question because “it is dumb,” but when you don’t even try to answer it, the suspicion arises that you actually don’t know the answer. Instead of calling me names, Dirty Dan, please explain how a state agency takes disciplinary action anew against someone when they’ve already done so for the same offense. I don’t think they can do it. The rules in this state are governed by civil service, not on what the governor wants to do today. I’ll bet it’s about the same in Alaska.
